Multifunctional closet
Its a school project made in the sustainable product design master at the IED and is about a luggage that has spaces as containers in order to mantain things in the place during the trip, in the place as you would usually pack them and in a way you could take what ever you need as it was a closet.
Multifunctional closet
Frequent travellers and globe trekkers are usually adapted to their own learnt practices when it comes to packing and unpacking luggage on trips. When one has little time or space to unpack, the obvious practice would be to use the luggage as a sort of closet to save space and time. What we decided to do is improve this practice by designing a piece of luggage built with a container holding separate boxes, in order to give people a more organised and comfortable experience. This large container holding the boxes can also be taken out of the luggage piece for further comfort.
It is specifically designed to contain luggage for one to two weeks of time. It is light, endurable and comfortable.
